At EYL, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of children through a multifaceted approach. We focus on six core areas of development leading to our ‘HUMANE’ program initiatives. These initiatives concentrate on providing basic & equal opportunities to all the under-privileged kids in a way that they have a platform with all the necessary support, tools & resources to excel.

How We Do It?
At EYL, we employ the INSPIRE model to drive our mission of child empowerment. Our team operates in a hub-and-spoke manner, with a central hub coordinating and connecting various branches of expertise and personas, promoting synergy and effective communication. Hub is our team of directors who pave the way for our strategies and vision for the organization. And spoke forms our Business Manager & Local leaders who help in effectively implementing the strategies and continuous operations of the organization.

With the help of our local leaders, We systematically identify problem areas by engaging with communities, schools, conducting surveys, and analyzing data to understand the challenges hindering children’s growth and opportunities.
Navigate Evaluation
Our team rigorously evaluates these issues, assessing their impact and urgency, ensuring our focus aligns with the most critical needs of the children we aim to support.
Spark Solutions
Through collaborative brainstorming sessions involving stakeholders, experts, and the community, we generate innovative solutions tailored to address the identified challenges.
Provide Assistance
We provide comprehensive support, offering resources, tools, programs, and development opportunities to empower children and enable their growth.
